Jeff Marchand
Pastor
Jeff grew up primarily in the Twin Cities area, but also spent summers as a child in St Louis, MO. In his teenage years, he felt the call of God to dedicate his life to ministry. After earning a Theology Degree at Christian Life College in Stockton, CA, he returned to Minnesota to serve as Assistant Pastor in the church he grew up in. Before returning to the Twin Cities to start The Sanctuary in 2010, Jeff also served as Pastor in Bemidji, MN. Over the years the Lord has blessed him with his beautiful wife, Sarah, and three wonderful children.
Jay Emerick
Student Pastor
Jay is a Minnesota native at heart, but is a transplant from his hometown in Champaign, IL. He grew up attending church at Apostolic Life in Urbana, IL. During his teenage years, he felt a strong call to Youth Ministry, and as he got older, the Lord began to lead him to attend Indiana Bible College in Indianapolis, IN. It was there he met his wife, Heidi. In 2018, they moved to the Twin Cities to serve at The Sanctuary.
